About the Role
The Director of Internal Communications leads the development and execution of internal communication strategies for all of WCS. They are responsible for internal communication channels such as the intranet and all-staff digital communications; internal crisis or emergency communications; organizing and managing organization-wide hybrid meetings; and developing company internal communication outreach tools. The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in crafting impactful communications that align with organizational goals. As a member of the Communication Team, this individual will also be asked to assist with other communications matters such as photographing events for social and internal communications and staffing news media shoots at our five parks in NYC; and assisting with external digital content.
